[B.sc, LLB, FCA, Ph.D, DISA ]CA Dr Rajesh Khandol, Founder, owner, Chief Executive of Capital Sprout drives the all strategic, key investment decisions of clients. Under his dynamic & pro-active leadership, Capital Sprout has tested mountain of success during short span of time. Providing maximum Value Additions to Clients & 100% clients’ satisfaction always remains his motto ever since he started his professional journey way back in 1990 as a Practicing Chartered Accountant.
Research & Analysis on various commercial areas always remain close to heart of CA DR Rajesh Khandol. He has been doing Research work in Capital & Financial market since 1991. He is a regular writer in subject of Capital market, Taxation & economic development of Kutch in leading news paper Kutchmitra. Since last 5 years he is extensively involved in Investment Advisory services, Equity Research, Mutual fund advisory and Research of Capital & Financial Markets. His expertise lies in Wealth Management planning of HNI (High Net-worth Individual), Consultation in Restructuring of Assets allocation, Investment advisory to corporate houses & thus provides maximum value additions to clients.
CA Dr. Rajesh Khandol was in the area of practice of Chartered Accountancy from 1990 to 2021. Internal Audit, System Audit & Management Audit remains his core area of interest and he has gained the vast expertise in this key area of business. During this journey, he has carried out various internal & system audits of corporate house having turnover ranging from Rs. 50 Crore to Rs. 5,000 Crore across different industries, across whole India & outside India. His expertise in system audit benefited clients to take key strategic commercial & financial decision which increase the profitability the organization & ensured optimum utilization of resources.
Academically, CA Dr Rajesh Khandol is a Science Graduate from M. G. Science College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1990. He has completed Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He has also completed L.L.B. in 1991. He has completed Doctorate Ph.D in subject of "Economic Development of Kutch after earthquake 2001" Currently he is a member of Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI).

CA JAGRUTI J SHAH
M.Com, FCACA Jagruti Shah is a commerce graduate from H.L College of commerce, Ahmadabad and member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2011. She has also done master of commerce (M.COM) from Gujarat University.
She has worked with co-op bank for 2 years. She has practiced as a proprietor of J.J.Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountant for 7 years. Since last 2 years she is fully involved in capital markets and managing Gandhidham branch of Capital Sprout. During this time she has gained in depth knowledge of technical and fundamental concept of Indian stock market and mutual fund Industries. Currently she is a member of Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI).
Ms. KRISHNA R. KHANDOL
Ms. Krishna R. Khandol is a commerce graduate. She has worked with ANB Globe Mumbai as in charge of Information Technology division for 1 year. She has also completed IPCC from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Since last 3 years she is fully involved in capital markets and taking care of research division of Capital Sprout. During this time she has gained in depth knowledge of technical and fundamental concept of Indian stock market and mutual fund Industries. Currently she is a member of Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI).
